Message I have always been messing around with some cheapie ones that are only a few dollars, that take 20 mins to warm up and even when "ready hot" they take like 30 secs just to get the solder to melt.

Does anyone have a good soldering gun/iron that they swear by? I am not really worried about cost because I would like to just purchase ONE good one and be done with it.

I also have an Right Angle grinder/polisher that I bought from Home depot to do my plenum polishing. It works fine for that because no Torque is needed. But once I put a cut off wheel or burr, that thing will just stop working because its torque load is so weak.

Anyone know of a Very good right angle or straight grinder/polisher that has some balls? that wont give out when using the cut off wheel? Price is not really an issue, I just dont want to be spending over $150 for one of these.

Thanks in advance! Links would be great as well!

NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
